Pediatric Care​

Personal-Touch Home Care acknowledges the uniqueness of pediatric home care. Pediatric home care provides treatment from licensed professionals trained to assess, prevent, detect, and manage cognitive and physical development challenges for infants, children, and adolescents to age 21. Pediatric home care typically involves:

• Diagnosing and treating injuries, disease, and dysfunction
• Identifying, and improving developmental and behavioral issues
• Providing education and guidance to parents
• Supplying referrals to obtain comprehensive care plans with appropriate care providers

A comprehensive care plan is prepared for each child. Family needs and goals are incorporated into each child’s plan and every effort is made to encourage a successful partnership between families and caregivers.
