KY Home and Community Based (HCB) Waiver
Kentucky’s HCB waiver is a Medicaid program that provides assistance to the elderly or to adults and children with physical disabilities to help them live in the community as independently as possible. Personal-Touch Home Care services include case management and personal care support.
We were referred to them by the VA. It has been an absolute pleasure…the person assigned to my dad is a great fit…caring, compassionate, thoughtful and most importantly, pays attention to my dad’s needs.
