What is Viventium?

Viventium is Personal Touch Homecare’s investment in the leading payroll software. From the Viventium portal, you will find details about your pay and have access to review your pay history. Additional features will be available in the near future!

Where do I view my pay history?

Beginning March 1st 2024, you will be able to view your paystub in the Viventium Employee Self Service (ESS) Portal

I did not receive an ESS registration email, what do I do?

Contact your local HR and they will assist you.

Why can't I make changes to my employee profile?

In the near future, employees will be able to utilize the ESS portal to make edits to their demographic information, Direct Deposit and PTO eligible employees will be able to request PTO. Your HR teams will notify you when these features are available.

I used to get multiple checks, why do I only get one now?

A major benefit of the new payroll system allows you to work in multiple locations and receive 1 single check.

Can I access my W2 in Viventium?

Your 2023 W2 was sent through regular mail. Beginning January 2025, you will be able to access your 2024 W2 & all future W2’s in Viventium
