First, we would like to thank you for your commitment to providing amazing service to our Personal Touch patients!
Effective September 1, 2023, in accordance with Section 120006(a) of the 21st Century Cures Act, Personal Touch Home Care of New York, Personal Touch Home Care of Long Island, and Personal Touch Home Care of Westchester will no longer accept timesheets for recording working hours.
Moving forward, it is mandatory for all Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to clock in and out daily either from the patient’s home or through the HHAeXchange Mobile app. We have found that those of you who are currently using the HHAeXchange app find it easier than both paper timesheets and using the patient’s phone. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to adopt the app for seamless time management.
If you have not yet downloaded the HHAeXchange Mobile app or have questions regarding its usage, we are here to assist you. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at (718) 727-7212, and one of our dedicated Caregiver Relations Representatives will provide the necessary guidance and support.
