About Personal-Touch Home Care

PERSONAL-TOUCH HOME CARE began operations in 1974 and since then has grown into a national company. Each office is licensed by the State in which it operates, and the offices are Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) accredited and Medicare-Certified as home health agencies offering Medicare services. We provide both home health and home care personnel and related services to individuals in their homes, and we are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Our caregivers consist of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Licensed Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapists, Medical Social Workers, and trained Home Health Aides. Through our pool of approximately 500 clinicians, we provide skilled observation and assessment of the patient’s physical and mental status, monitor the medication and dietary needs of the patient, administer appropriate clinical treatments, and provide instruction to patients and families. Our pool of approximately 5,500 Aides (certified Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides) assists patients with health-related tasks and activities of daily living. In addition to these traditional home health and home care services, Personal-Touch Home Care has developed specialty programs, including mental health, pediatrics, maternal/child, hospice, rehabilitation, infusion, and others.
