What we offer
Home health and home care services are clinical and non-clinical needs that assist a person on a temporary or permanent basis. Before you or your loved one begins services, a licensed clinician meets with you and/or your family to assess the in-home care needs that will be required. From that evaluation, a unique and comprehensive care plan is developed.

Home Health Aides & Other Aide Services
Home Health Aides are Medicare-certified and specially trained professionals who deliver non-clinical services under the direction of the care plan developed by the clinician. Home Health Aide services are designed to assist those who have difficulty performing daily tasks and/or caring for themselves in their home.
Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy can be vital in the rehabilitation of a patient after a change in condition, such as a surgery or recovery from an injury. Often Physical Therapy is used to improve a patient’s ability to return to functional status in the home or to maintain a patient’s ability to remain functional in the home.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy (OT) addresses a combination of cognitive, physical, and motor skills. Its goals include helping a child or adult gain age-appropriate independence and participate more fully in life. Therapy begins with a certified occupational therapist evaluating your developmental level as well as related learning styles, social abilities, and environmental needs.
Speech Therapy
Speech therapy (ST) also known as Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), is typically a rehabilitative process of correcting communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders. It can also be used to maintain appropriate levels of communication, cognition and swallowing to ensure activities of daily living are achievable.
Pediatric Care
Personal-Touch Home Care acknowledges the uniqueness of pediatric home care. Pediatric home care provides treatment from licensed professionals trained to assess, prevent, detect, and manage cognitive and physical development challenges for infants, children, and adolescents to age 21.
